Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team which provides a customer focused corporate learning service. This part time post (12 hours per week) is covering maternity leave for a period of 36 weeks.
Responsibilities
The role is project based with a specific focus on designing and delivering a new management development course to enhance and support our current management development programmes at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a learning and development setting. Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating high impact learning and development programmes (virtual, face to face) is required.
