Croft Vet Centre in Brackley is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to help shape the future of our exceptional team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading by example with high-quality clinical care
* Mentoring and guiding our veterinary and support teams
* Collaborating with the Practice Director on daily operations, financial planning, inventory, and scheduling
* Helping drive innovation and growth through business development and strategic input
The Details:
* Up to 40 hours per week over 4 or 4.5 days
* 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
* No out-of-hours – we’re covered by Hart Vets!
