The Restaurant:
* Concept: Modern British – live-fire cooking, seasonal menus, British produce
* Service: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday-Friday; all-day brunch at weekends
* Team: Brigade of 20 chefs, great kitchens
* Production kitchen: Supports events and restaurant production
* Covers: 200 – 300 per day

The Head Chef Role:
* Lead the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and high standards across all day parts
* Take creative ownership – scope for menu creation and development
* Manage the pass during peak times
* Oversee production kitchen and events program
The Ideal Head Chef:
* Strong background in modern British / European cuisine
* Experience with live-fire / cooking over coals
* Production kitchen experience is highly desirable
* Commercially aware with strong leadership skills
* Able to work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
