Our client is seeking a B2B Marketing/Digital Executive to join their head office team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is focused on driving the marketing function to generate leads both centrally via the company website and across a national network. The successful candidate will take ownership of digital activity, brand visibility, reporting and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall marketing budget
• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation, including website, social media, PPC and email marketing in collaboration with digital partners
• Conduct marketing audits to improve local and national visibility
• Launch new services using effective marketing materials and campaigns
• Produce, analyse and interpret marketing performance reports
• Enhance brand awareness through innovative communication strategies and campaigns
Essential Requirements:
• Strong B2B marketing and/or digital marketing experience
• Excellent IT skills and confidence using a range of marketing technologies
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in reporting and performance analysis
Desirable:
• Experience within the property or lettings sector
Package:
• £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
• Full-time, permanent position
• Based in Dartford
