We have an exciting opportunity to join the Rehoming Team as a Pet Advisor on a full time, permanent basis. This office-based role is working in a dynamic and supportive team and primarily involves finding appropriate homes for our animals and is a key part in bringing pets and people together. In this position you will provide excellent customer service through high levels of face-to-face, phone, digital and written communication and will provide an exceptional customer experience by assessing and responding to the needs of our pets and customers, all while dispensing relevant advice, support and guidance. The successful candidate will have a positive approach and encourage a culture of delivering flexible, adaptable and supportive services, all with the interest of understanding, building and fostering long-term relationships with our customers. The hours for this role will involve a working pattern of every other weekend on a two week rota basis. The starting salary for this position is £23,400 - £24,113 per annum in addition to which you will also receive; 36 days annual leave entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays) which will increase with length of service to a maximum of 40 days Up to 8% employer pension contributions (based on employee contribution level) Support towards healthcare costs (cashplan) and wellbeing Free access to Headspace Life assurance scheme (4 x salary) This vacancy may close earlier should we receive high volumes of applications.
