About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Renewables Heating Engineer to join our team.
This role will play a key part in ensuring that renewable servicing, breakdowns and alternative non-gas system installations are conducted efficiently and effectively throughout our housing stock.
Some of the main duties / responsibilities include:
* Being responsible for effective and efficient delivery of responsive repairs, servicing and installations of any of our renewable or non-gas heating systems
* Supporting the delivery of repairs, servicing and installations of gas systems when required.
* To deliver a comprehensive and high level of customer service to our residents. Ensuring that works are completed to high standards to minimise call backs and to maximise first-time fixes.

About You
The successful candidate will be qualified in renewable heating systems including ASHP, Solar Thermal, HR and MVHR accredited qualifications to BPEC level or equivalent. Will be domestic gas qualified to CCNQ, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1 UVHWS and EEDH as well as Gas Safe registered.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and adaptable and able to use their own initiative. With strong digital skills and experience of delivering a high level service.
A driving licence is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required and a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check will be carried out. Participation on our on-call rota will be required.
