Job Description
-Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks made at the front desk.
-Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
-Ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service

Qualifications
* Service focused personality is essential.
* Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
* Prior experience working with OPERA CLOUD system.
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
