Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint a SENCO to join our academy in March 2026 on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the dedication, vision and drive to lead and inspire. The successful applicant will provide high quality leadership and management commensurate with the needs of the academy and the Delta Academies Trust group.
About the school
Lincoln Castle Academy is a medium sized secondary academy located in the Cathedral City of Lincoln. The Academy’s location is within easy reach of the A15, making it easily accessible from across the county. With over 700 students on roll, Lincoln Castle is a busy and vibrant place. We are committed to ensuring that talent is nurtured in a safe, orderly, and stimulating learning environment.
