We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Gilmore College is an Independent Public School which opened in 2008, continuing 52 previous years of secondary education provided by Kwinana Senior High School. The school continues the education of students from within the City of Kwinana area primary schools. The Role

Suitable applicants’ responsibilities may include reception duties, student enrolments, data entry, receipting, assets and resources, records management, maintaining the school website and school databases, finance including invoicing, payment of invoices, reconciliation and human resources processes and processing. Flexibility to move across the different duties would be highly desirable.

Suitable applicants will ideally have experience in a secondary school context with attention to detail ensuring accuracy. They should have the ability to engage and provide support to the school community, prioritise workload, be organised, work independently, problem solve quickly and meet deadlines. In addition, they should have a strong customer service focus with well-developed interpersonal skills and work well within a team environment.

Applicants who are familiar with the Department of Education (DoE) policies, proficient in DoE databases, record management systems, MS Office Suite, electronic communications, and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) would be highly desirable.
