Overview
In our branches and out on the road, Technicians work to get every customer back on the road. They are part of one team with one purpose – to make a memorable difference with care. We’re looking for more Technicians to join our team, help every customer go further, and enjoy great training, development opportunities, and the best tools in the industry along with strong team support.
As a Technician, you’ll be based in a branch or in one of our fully equipped vans. Each day you’ll help customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll also have the opportunity to offer additional products such as wipers and Rain Repel.
You’ll go further to brighten customers’ days, and in return we’ll provide training, support, and the equipment you need to thrive and grow your skills.
Responsibilities
* Repair and replace glass to the highest industry standards.
* Provide exceptional customer service and help customers get back on the road.
* Work from a branch or from fully equipped vans.
* Promote and sell value-added products (e.g., Wipers, Rain Repel) to meet business KPIs.
* Utilise state-of-the-art tools and equipment to lift and fit screens safely and confidently.
* Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and career progression.
What makes a great Technician
* Strong customer service and sales skills; background in retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles, or motor industry is welcome.
* Self-motivated, good with people, and eager to learn.
* Full UK manual driving licence (Required).
* Right to work in the UK.

Additional information
Salary and hours: Minimum starting salary £27,723.87 per annum. Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, Monday–Saturday with shifts from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm (rota provided in advance). Hours are around 40 hours a week. A full UK manual driving licence is required.
