Job Title: Talent Management Business Partner, EMEA - Commercial, Data, IP Tech & Trade, York
This role involves collaborating with the EMEA CDIT Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and Business Managers (BMs) to enhance lawyer performance and development, aligned with the firm's strategic goals. The position requires close cooperation with the EMEA Director of Talent Management and other Business Partners, providing high-quality support to lawyers within the practice group.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Operate as a Business Partner to understand and support strategic needs related to people management.
2. Coordinate with Talent Management and Recruitment teams to implement engagement plans, manage team planning, and oversee recruitment processes.
3. Support mobility, talent reviews, performance management, and career development initiatives.
4. Assist in organizational development efforts and facilitate the integration of lateral partners.
5. Provide HR advisory support and develop people strategies in partnership with leadership teams.
6. Travel may be required occasionally.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
* Extensive HR/Talent Management experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
* Experience across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
* Strong coaching, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
* Personal qualities include integrity, diligence, resilience, and relationship-building skills.
