The Managed Print Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing Managed Print Services (MPS) opportunities. This role takes a consultative approach to help clients reduce printing costs, improve document security, and optimize workflows through tailored print management solutions. Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Belfast. Responsibilities: As sessing Customer Environments: Auditing printers, copiers, usage patterns, and print-related costs. Consultative Selling: Identifying inefficiencies and proposing MPS solutions (device consolidation, rules-based printing, automation). Solution Design : Bundling hardware, software, supplies, service, and analytics into a managed contract. Cost & ROI Justification: Demonstrating savings, security improvements, productivity gains and the financial agreements associated. Account Management: Managing long-term contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Prospect, qualify, and close new Managed Print Services opportunities within assigned territory or accounts. Conduct on-site or remote print assessments to analyse device usage, costs and workflows. Develop customized MPS proposals including hardware, software, service and supplies. Present business cases and ROI analyses to decision-makers and executives. Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive renewals and expansions. Collaborate with technical, service, and implementation teams to ensure successful deployments. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM systems. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging print technologies. Requirements: 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Managed Print Services, office equipment, or IT solutions. Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling. Strong understanding of printers, multifunction devices, and print management software. Ability to analyse data and present clear cost-savings and efficiency metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience selling MPS contracts from a leading vendor HP, Xerox, Canon, KM (cost-per-page or subscription models). Knowledge of document security, compliance, and workflow automation. Familiarity with enterprise or SMB IT environments. CRM experience (Salesforce or similar platforms).
