Community Staff Nurse (SN)
Location: Riverside Office, Lowestoft, NR33 0EQ (Community Based)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Term Time Only)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,434 - £40,777 per annum (pro rata)
Your Role and Responsibilities
* Support delivery of the Healthy Child Programme 5-19 years by directly supporting the needs of children, young people, and their families
* Safeguard children and young people through multiagency working, participating in safeguarding meetings and contributing to assessment processes
* Act as key contact with families and liaise with other professionals to provide a joined-up response
* Deliver the Healthy Child Programme using a public health approach to support health needs of school age children and their families
* Promote health and wellbeing to ensure each child and young person is supported to reach their potential
Qualifications and Experience
* Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
* Ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds
* Demonstrate commitment to the We ASPIRE values
