About the Role
As part of our ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a talented marketer to bring their expertise and passion to our team of 7. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with our in-house Website & Design Manager, Video Producer, Campaign Managers, and Inside Sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Craft and execute imaginative direct marketing campaigns that drive new opportunities and boost customer retention.
2. Collaborate on engaging content for inbound marketing with our design and SEO teams.
3. Develop tailored marketing plans for industry verticals and product areas, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
4. Partner with leadership to identify and seize growth opportunities.
5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, content creation, and demand generation.
6. Support the broader marketing, sales, and management team when needed.
What You’ll Bring
1. Experience: At least 4 years in marketing in the IT sector, focusing on manufacturing or distribution industries.
2. Creativity: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for transforming technical features into compelling business benefits.
3. Versatility: Hands-on experience with a full range of marketing tools—emails, events, videos, case studies, social media, and more.
4. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus.
5. Team Spirit: A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the ability to collaborate and challenge constructively.
6. Organisation: Stellar multitasking and attention to detail.
