A Sales Co-worker at IKEA focuses on helping customers find the right home furnishing solutions by offering friendly advice, ensuring products are easy to find, and creating an inspiring shopping experience.

* The Start Date of employment will be: 8th November 2025
* Competitive hourly rate of £13.25per hour.
* Various contract sizes from 20,24 and 30hrs working 4/5 days per week shifts will be between the hours of 8am till 9:30pm. All our part time roles will receive every 4th weekend off.

* Skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own.
* You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
* You take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with your daily tasks.
* Prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
* You are always enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
* Support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
