SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Chelmsford Contract: Full-time | Long-term / Potential Permanent Start: ASAP / Next Term Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience) A supportive secondary school in Chelmsford, Essex is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4. This role involves working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence within the classroom.
