Mortgage Advisor
John Francis Estate Agency is seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Carmarthen. OTE £60k.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
* Attracting new customers and business, aiming to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including advising on a range of products and services to meet their needs
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships
Skills and experience required:
* Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Outstanding customer care and service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
