As we continue to scale our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to be hands-on across all areas of digital marketing — from content creation and community management to performance analysis and campaign execution.
The Role
The Senior Growth Executive will play a key role in driving awareness, acquisition, and retention across our D2C channels. You’ll support the Head of Growth in executing multi-channel campaigns, coordinating agency partners, and bringing to life creative ideas that deliver measurable results.
This is a broad, hands-on role that combines creativity with commercial thinking — perfect for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-scaling food and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Activation Support
* Support the execution of all D2C marketing activations and promotional campaigns.
* Coordinate between internal teams, creative partners, and paid media agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery.
* Assist in planning and delivering new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Paid Media (Agency Managed)
* Partner with our performance agencies to optimise campaigns across Meta and Google.
* Support with asset development, creative briefs, ad copy, and ongoing performance reviews.
* Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
Organic Social & Community
* Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management across FuelHub’s social channels.
* Develop social content (in collaboration with the creative team) that aligns with campaign themes and brand tone.
* Monitor trends and contribute fresh, platform-specific ideas to grow reach, engagement, and community loyalty.
* Respond to customer comments, DMs, and brand mentions to nurture an engaged online community.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo & SMS)
* Support campaign setup, segmentation, and A/B testing within Klaviyo.
* Assist in crafting engaging subject lines, body copy, and flows that drive retention and repeat purchase.
* Optimise automated journeys and lifecycle flows to increase engagement and conversion.
* Support the development and scheduling of SMS campaigns to complement email activity.
* Track key performance metrics to continuously improve deliverability and conversion.
Copywriting & Content
* Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for digital ads, social posts, email campaigns, and the FuelHub website.
* Create blog content and on-site copy to support FuelHub’s SEO and on-page content strategy.
* Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all customer touchpoints.
Reporting & Analysis
* Collate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
* Monitor key D2C growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and churn rate.
* Support in identifying growth opportunities through data and insights.
About You
* 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing, growth, or digital role (ideally within a D2C or eCommerce brand).
* A strong understanding of paid and organic social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
* Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
* Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
* A self-starter who’s organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
* A passion for health, fitness, and nutrition is a bonus.
