Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established manufacturing client in Runcorn, offering temporary-to-permanent opportunities, immediate starts, and excellent progression potential.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Weighing ingredients to precise specifications.
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
* Completing paperwork and following strict company SOPs.
* Carrying out quality checks and hygiene duties.
* Packing and palletising finished products.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous production or manufacturing experience (FMCG environment preferred).
* Awareness of Health & Safety and Manual Handling procedures.
* Strong communication skills.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude.
* HACCP knowledge is advantageous.
Shift Pattern:
Rotating 3-shift pattern:
* 6am - 2pm.
* 2pm - 10pm.
* 10pm - 6am.
* 39-hour week with paid breaks.
Pay & Benefits:
* £14.32 - £15.11 per hour (depending on role).
* Overtime paid at enhanced rates: £20.64 - £30.22 per hour.
