Place2Be Counsellor, Yvonne Carr Centre and Tooting Hub, Wandsworth
Location: London South Central. Position: Learning and Practice (L&P). Advertising Salary: £12,726 pro rata (from FTE of £31,815 p.a). Vacancy Type: Permanent. Hours: 14 per week. Working Pattern: Tuesday – Yvonne Carr; Wednesday – Tooting Hub. Closing date: 28 Sep 2025.

As a level 4 qualified therapist/counsellor you’ll work in one-to-one sessions with young people providing clinical assessments and interventions, and you’ll also engage in the wider school community to strengthen skills and promote understanding of child mental health and the importance of early intervention.

Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one counselling with young people, including clinical assessments and interventions.
* Engage with the wider school community to strengthen skills and promote understanding of child mental health and early intervention.
* Contribute to programme development and share ideas to improve services across Place2Be’s network.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to support career growth.
Qualifications
* Level 4 qualified therapist/counsellor.
* Experience delivering clinical assessments and interventions with children and young people.
