We are working with a Primary School seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 TA to support their EYFS team. You’ll work in a a warm, creative environment where curiosity is encouraged, and learning feels like play.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the EYFS Team – Support a dedicated group of teachers and support staff to deliver outstanding early years provision.
* Delivering Play-Based Learning – Support creative, engaging sessions that align with the EYFS framework while nurturing children’s imagination and independence.
* Supporting Whole-Child Development – Promote the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of every child, ensuring each one feels valued and confident.
* Tracking Progress – Observe, assess, and record achievements using EYFS profiles, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
* Collaborating with Families – Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, creating a seamless connection between home and school.
* Shaping Best Practice – Work with the team to maintain high standards of teaching, behaviour, and care across the Early Years department.
Who You Are
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent early years qualification).
* Proven experience in EYFS, with a passion for early education.
* A confident communicator who thrives on collaboration and creativity.
* Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
