ROLE SUMMARY
We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive B2B digital services sales across industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, manufacturing, and industrial machinery.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital solutions including Data & AI, PLM, CX, and Aftersales, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
* Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on performance, progress, and new opportunities.
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Propose and implement innovative digital solutions to meet client needs.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the return on investment (ROI) of digital efforts.
Budget Management:
* Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated resources.
* Propose and justify budget requests, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
