Key Responsibilities
* Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care that follows best practice.
* Recruit, retain, and develop staff within the home.
* Serve as the main contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
* Review and maintain safe staffing levels in accordance with occupancy and dependency.
* Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
* Manage costs, maintain budgets, and monitor stock regularly.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum four years of experience in a similar care environment.
* Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Competent in IT.
* Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
* DBS Disclosure check – cost covered by Avery Healthcare.
