Job Opportunity: Property Services Scheduler
An exciting, full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen within our Property Services team for a Scheduler supporting our Compliance Team.
The Property Services Scheduler will work under the guidance of the Property Services Manager and with support from Supervisors to provide administrative and operational support. This includes coordinating workload diaries for our multi-skilled Trade staff and Property Services Supervisors using our in-house scheduling system. The role involves managing and maintaining the scheduling of compliance check work orders, customer appointments, and inspections to meet business targets.
Applicants should have experience in property maintenance or a similar field, with work planning experience in a repairs environment. Strong IT skills and familiarity with various software are essential. A basic understanding across multiple trade disciplines and a commitment to excellent customer service are also required.
Qualifications include at least four standard GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
