Key Responsibilities
* Drive technical architecture decisions for large-scale robotics systems
* Lead multiple engineering teams in designing and implementing complex automation solutions
* Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives
* Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation
* Partner with Product, IT, Software, and Hardware teams to define requirements
* Mentor and develop engineering talent
* Travel up to 80% is required
About the Team
The manager leads a team of 6 engineers who support and manage projects independently. The team is located in the EU but has a global impact.
Basic Qualifications
* Systems architecture and design
* Robot Operating System (ROS)
* CI/CD pipelines
* Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
* Performance optimization
* Real-time systems
* Leadership of an international team
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
* 5+ years of engineering management experience
* Deep understanding of distributed systems and robotics
* Track record of delivering large-scale technical projects
