Medical Secretary – Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool

We are currently recruiting a forward‑thinking, reliable, enthusiastic established administration professional to join our busy administration team as a Medical Secretary based at Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool, aligned to the Specialist Network.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent administration and communication skills and work flexibly in response to the service needs.
* Deliver a comprehensive secretarial, administration and information service to the specified Consultant(s) and the multi‑disciplinary team.
* Facilitate the organisation of the Consultant’s workload and co‑ordinate activities with other medical secretaries and administration colleagues to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
* Provide day‑to‑day support to the CYPMH team and other administration colleagues.
