Your responsibilities:

Oversee the provision for students with SEND, ensuring full compliance with statutory guidance.

Manage a team of support staff, TAs, and external agencies.
*
Maintain accurate, up-to-date EHCPs and SEND records.
*
Lead annual reviews, access arrangements, and intervention planning.
*
Provide staff training and guidance on inclusive classroom strategies.
*
Serve as a key link between students, parents, staff, and external partners.
What we’re looking for:

A qualified SENCO (or willingness to complete the National Award in SEN Coordination).
*
Deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
*
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.

A collaborative approach and passion for inclusive education.
