You will have the authority to make decisions, shape performance, and lead a high-quality service, with a salary of up to £44,000 per annum reflecting the responsibility of the role. Death in service benefit.About the Company You will be joining a large, established UK care provider delivering regulated complex care services in the community. The organisation is known for strong governance, consistent standards, and giving experienced managers genuine autonomy within a well-supported operational framework.Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operational management of the branch, ensuring safe and effective complex care delivery. Recruit, retain, and manage a workforce capable of supporting complex care packages. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and governance in line with regulatory requirements. Oversee audits, reporting, and performance management across the service.About You Proven experience in a registered care management or senior operational role within complex care services. Strong working knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements relevant to complex care provision. Experience managing budgets, performance, and service growth within a regulated care environment.
