CSN Collision is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auto Detailer Shop Hand to join our team. The Auto Detailer Shop Hand plays a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are presented in pristine condition upon delivery to customers. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn the automotive detailing trade while contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing.
* Inspect vehicles for cleanliness approval before delivery to customers, ensuring all detailing standards are met.
* Assist with minor repairs and touch-ups as needed, under supervision.
* Maintain organization and cleanliness of the detailing shop and surrounding areas.
* Ensure that all products and supplies are stocked and available for use.
* Follow safety procedures and protocols while handling cleaning supplies and tools.
* Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns with vehicles.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with a passion for the automotive industry.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
