Are you a compassionate and dedicated care professional looking to make a real difference in a quiet coastal setting? We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our small, specialist care home in Swanage, supporting adults with acquired brain injury and/or learning disabilities.
About the Home
Our care home is situated in a peaceful coastal location in Swanage, with excellent access to local amenities and health services. The home is registered for 4 residents and currently has two vacant beds, offering the opportunity to provide truly personalised care in a small, friendly environment.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will:
* Support residents with personal care and daily living activities

* Work closely with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
* Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
About You
* Experience in health or social care preferred but not essential
* Compassionate, reliable, and patient
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about improving quality of life for people with complex needs
* Willingness to learn and follow best practice care standards
