Overview
Two dedicated and proactive Temporary Accommodation Asset Officers are being sought to join Buckinghamshire Council’s Housing service. You will be the main point of contact between Temporary Accommodation Housing staff and contractors, ensuring clear instructions and tasks are issued to maintain compliance with legislation. You will primarily work across Bridge Court and Saunderton Lodge Temporary Accommodation units, with potential duties at other sites as required.
Responsibilities
* Support partnership working within your area of responsibility and arrange for work to be carried out to required specifications.
* Ensure appropriate levels of service are delivered on time, to budget, and to specification.
* Manage complaints and monitor and report on quality, service standards, performance, and budget; take appropriate action to address issues or escalate as necessary.
* Collaborate with Housing staff and contractors to maintain compliance with legislation.

Working arrangements
Any-desk: As an 'any-desk' worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements.
