<div><p>The Isle of Wight Talking Therapies Service are seeking an application from enthusiastic and motivated individuals qualified in any recognised Talking Therapies Modality, such as; CBT, EMDR, IPT or PCE-CFD. This is a permanent, full time position. We are looking for candidates who are able to work in community clinics on the Isle of Wight for at least 2 or 3 days per week.</p><p>The post holder will be part of a NHS Talking Therapies (TT) service and will provide high intensity therapy as approved by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). The post holder will work with patients who have a range of mild to moderate anxiety and depression, and more severe common mental health problems for which high intensity psychological interventions in primary care are demonstrated to be clinically effective. They will work with people with different cultural backgrounds, disabilities and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.</p><p>The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Talking Therapies model of delivery.</p></div>
