We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Team Administrator to provide essential minutes during conferences within a not-for-profit organisation. Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Take accurate minutes during conferences.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.
Coordinate diaries and schedules to support team members effectively.
Manage filing systems and ensure the secure handling of sensitive documents..Profile

A successful Team Administrator should have:

Extensive experience taking minutes.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with stakeholders and taking minutes.
Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.Job Offer

An hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, depending on skills and experience.
