A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled legal advisor to join a highly reputable Lincolnshire based firm. We are looking for candidates with a strong commercial awareness and acumen to both manage your own caseload and lead a team. You will need comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and experience of working within the CQS framework. The conveyancing department prides itself on guiding clients at every step of the transaction, ensuring it runs as smoothly as possible.
The role is full‑time and based in Lincoln.
Responsibilities
You will efficiently manage and support conveyancing transactions within a busy residential department, handling the full and varied caseload from instruction to post‑completion. This includes:
* Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New‑build transactions
* Shared ownership schemes
The role also requires developing your own portfolio of clients and referrers. Previous managerial and business‑development experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

Requirements:
* Case‑management experience
Knowledge of the Proclaim case‑management system and use of Perfect Portal is advantageous.
