Support the internal quality assurance of clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring alignment with the TLE Quality Assurance process.
Assist in maintaining the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue, ensuring all information is current.
Participate in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes.
Manage own workload effectively, demonstrating excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational, and time management skills, including planning travel as needed.
Support training needs analysis to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.
Design, develop, and deliver engaging, comprehensive training sessions and competency assessments for various disciplines and audiences (internal and external).
Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate innovations and enhancements in learning provision.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Current registration with NMC/HCPC/GDC/Social Work/GMC.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience.
* Recognised level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification.
* Ability to deliver training across a range of clinical health and care subjects.
* Significant clinical practice experience in relevant fields (AHP, Nursing, Social Work).
* Experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality blended learning solutions for health and care audiences.
* Proficiency in using digital tools for training development and delivery.
* Knowledge of curriculum development and course design.
* Ability to conduct research and perform analytical research to find reliable content for learners.
* Willingness to undertake training to support role development.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Line management experience.
* Postgraduate qualification in Education, Health, or Social Care.
* Project Management qualification.
* People leadership/management experience.
* Experience in providing clinical support and supervision.
