Salary: £45,000 £55,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to strengthen our finance function and support strategic decision-making across the company.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, You will play a key role in producing accurate financial information, improving internal reporting, and supporting operational teams with meaningful financial insight.
This is a hands-on role within a small finance team, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and taking ownership of the monthly accounts process.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and commentary.
1. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections, working closely with operational and commercial teams.
