Overview
Within the Infrastructure Platforms team, you will develop expertise in software, applications, and technical processes specific to the infrastructure engineering discipline. You will begin to apply your skills to a particular application or technical methodology and support the technology environments that enable us to deliver services to our customers, clients, and businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Apply technical knowledge to assignments with a defined scope, such as testing the performance of the infrastructure and verifying that requirements are met
* Drive results, monitor data in test and production, and see assignments through to completion
* Carry out day-to-day work within documented parameters with some guidance
* Escalate issues to appropriate leaders
* Consider upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications
* Contribute to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
* Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and growing applied experience
* Ability to troubleshoot tools and to create and/or update documentation
* Emerging knowledge of the infrastructure supported and the interdependencies with wider Firmwide tooling
* Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Ability to work in a customer-centric environment and think creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals across the firm
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail with the ability to provide clean and accurate data
