Corporate Finance Manager
Supporting the Investment Director, you'll have the opportunity to utilise your experience in transactional work such as Corporate Finance or Transaction Services, engaging with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining your integrity. You will also have the chance to work client-side and broaden your experience by helping build an ecosystem that encourages partnership and collaborative working.

As a Corporate Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include ensuring transactions progress in a timely manner, from initial analysis and research through to completion, managing multiple senior stakeholders, and problem-solving at every turn.
The Key Requirements
* Proven analytical skills with demonstrated business acumen.
* Experience in financial modelling and data analytics tools.
* Project management experience within an M&A focused environment, with an advisory or due diligence background.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within a small team.
* Resilience and understanding of the ebbs and flows of transactional work.
* An understanding of, or desire to learn about, technology-focused sectors, preferably Defence or National Security.

You can be based at Romsey, Woking, or Gloucester, with travel expected. Details for each location:
* Romsey: Hybrid/flexible options; located in Hampshire countryside near the New Forest, with amenities like parking, an on-site gym, and scenic surroundings.
