Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Revenue Executive to support our Revenue Management team across a diverse hotel portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in revenue management within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will play a key role in optimising pricing, inventory, and performance reporting, while ensuring system accuracy and delivering valuable insights to support commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Support Revenue Managers with daily rate and inventory updates across systems (PMS, CRS, channel managers)
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports
Monitor pickup, pace, and market demand, identifying risks and opportunities
Maintain system accuracy across rates, room types, mapping, and rate parity
Conduct competitor rate shopping and track market activity
Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data preparation and analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Reservations, Operations, and Marketing teams
Assist in commercial meeting preparation and follow-up actions
Promote collaboration, accountability, and efficiency across the commercial function
Help ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
Skills & Experience Required
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data
Understanding of key hotel revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, segmentation)
Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, channel managers) preferred
Previous experience with branded hotels (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, IHG) is advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
