Job Purpose
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing tax team, ensuring exceptional client service and delivering strategic tax solutions. Your key duties will include:
* Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored tax advice and compliance services
* Collaborating with Partners to ensure projects meet expectations, budgets, and deadlines
* Overseeing corporate tax compliance, advisory work, and liaising with HMRC
* Preparing and presenting insightful tax reports and strategic advice for clients
* Mentoring and supervising junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence
* Identifying business development opportunities and delivering value-added solutions for clients

Job Requirements
We’re seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Qualified professional (CTA/ACA/ACCA) with extensive corporate tax experience
* Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio
* Strong leadership skills, with a track record of supervising and mentoring staff
* Comprehensive knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach
