About the role:
Supporting the Childcare Marketing Managers, the Campaign and Digital Content Creator will organise and oversee implementation of the Group marketing plans, including multi-channel and communication campaigns and events to deliver brand awareness and customer acquisition across the Your Co-op Little Pioneers estate. - Prepare and deliver integrated marketing activities, both planned and ad-hoc, to support enquiry and occupancy targets locally and nationally. - Source advertising and partnership opportunities, coordinating the end to end execution of on and off-line promotional advertising. - Work with internal and external designers, agencies and printers to oversee the production of all marketing materials for a variety of on and offline channels to include printed materials, outdoor advertising, social and web content alongside event and promotional collateral. - Own the planning, creation and execution of regular content across social media, email and all other owned channels, including the creation and testing of new channels to drive engagement and enquiries. - Responsible for the management and upkeep of nursery landing pages and creating regular additional editorial content on the childcare website.
- Liaise with nursery managers to support with and update their online profiles as well as ensuring the upkeep of external profiles, such as daynurseries and other online listing sites. - Produce and distribute in-house press releases as well as working with the Group’s PR function to maximise promotion at a local and national level for events, acquisitions and promotions. - Work with society Internal Comms team to ensure creation and delivery of Childcare messaging and promotion to the wider society. - Produce plans and reports for the Marketing Managers in relation to activities undertaken as required. - Support the Marketing Managers to deliver marketing plans for nursery re-launches, acquisitions and refurbishments - Support marketing manager to plan, source and order materials and liaise with venues for Childcare events, conferences and exhibitions
Who are we looking for?
- At least 18 months experience in a marketing role (desired) - Degree or HND in the following subjects is desired though not compulsory o Marketing/Advertising o Business or management o Communications - Experience of using CMS desirable - Be able to travel nationally - Current drivers licence
