Our customer base is comprised of corporates and private landlords in need of certification for their property or renewable installations such as heat pumps, airconditioning or solar panels.
A position has opened up for an experienced administrator to join our growing team.
Duties include: -
* Dealing with sales enquiries over the telephone and via email with a friendly customer focused attitude.
* Processing sales orders on card machine and by invoicing.
* Booking jobs in engineers diaries.
* Using Microsoft outlook to manage emails from customers
* Using financial software to send invoices and confirm payments.
* Management of client expectations with timely follow up.
* Liaising with external based engineers and diaries, including management of your own.

* This role is a Full-time Mon to Fri, pm position in our Bromley office.
* Experience in property maintenance or property management is ideal.
* Income: £23,000 to £30,000 per year with a bonus scheme available after completion of the probation period.
Work Experience Required;
* Good computer skills: Microsoft word, excel, outlook, google calendar and CRM systems
* Office administration experience
* A Friendly customer service attitude
Internal training and process documentation will be provided.
