Overview
We are seeking a Registered Nursing Associate to work within Rudham Ward/PAU to cover upcoming maternity leave. You will be responsible for the provision of high quality, family centred care as a member of the nursing team.
As a Registered Nursing Associate on Rudham Ward/PAU, you will:
* Act in the best interest of the patients and their families
* Put people first and provide nursing care that is family centred, safe and compassionate
* Act professionally at all times and in line with the organisation's trust values and behaviours
* Use knowledge and experience to make evidence-based decisions and solve problems
* Recognise and work within limits of their competence as defined by the NMC standards of proficiency
* Be able to identify own role boundaries
* Be responsible for own actions and omissions and escalate concerns appropriately
* Maintain a level of continuing professional development
Additional context: The role is part of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn NHS Foundation Trust, supporting ongoing digital transformation including the new electronic patient record (EPR) from 2026 and ongoing service improvement across specialist, acute, obstetrics and community-based services.
Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered Nursing Associate with adherence to NMC standards of proficiency
* Ability to identify own role boundaries and escalate concerns appropriately
* Commitment to continuing professional development
