Job Title: Painter

About the role
Chelsea Bridge Wharf is seeking a skilled and professional Painter to join our maintenance team. This role is key to maintaining the high presentation standards of our luxury residential development, ensuring all communal, front-of-house, and service areas remain in pristine condition.
As part of the wider maintenance team, you will help uphold the building's prestige and visual integrity while supporting smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do
* Perform daily painting and decorating tasks to maintain high-end presentation standards
* Identify and report any deterioration, scuffs, or damage to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other finishes
* Plan and prioritise painting tasks independently, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
* Monitor high-traffic and high-visibility areas and implement preventative painting measures
* Carry out internal and external painting, touching up, and surface preparation in communal areas
* Report feedback on any works needed beyond the painting scope
* Work closely with the concierge and management team to minimise disruption
* Maintain cleanliness during works using dust sheets and protecting surrounding finishes and furnishings
* Support the general maintenance team with decoration-related tasks when required
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within high-end residential or hotel environments
* Excellent knowledge of materials, techniques, and tools for high-spec finishes
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering a flawless finish
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with residents and team members
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently and follow schedules
* Proactive and solution-focused approach to maintenance and presentation issues
* Willingness to undertake minor repairs or assist with other building upkeep as needed
* Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and safe working practices in residential environments
Salary & Benefits
* Salary:£38,000 per annum
