To compliment our home, we are looking for an enthusiastic, people focused Unit Manager who is able to support the Home Manager to plan, monitor and deliver the highest standards of person-centred care. Our Ideal Candidate
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential
NVQ3 in Direct Care Willing to work towards Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care Qualification
Strong team player
Good communication skills, able to put others at ease
Supervisory/leadership skills
Willing to further develop management skills
