About the job:
As a Graduate Consultant in Executive Search, you’ll be at the heart of linking top-tier professionals with fast-growing companies. Forget the usual 9–5 grind - you’ll dive into market research, forge strong connections with clients and candidates, and quickly become a trusted partner to industry leaders.
No experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the training and support you need. All we ask is that you bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Diving into market research and mapping out top candidates in fast-growing sectors
* Connecting with senior professionals via calls, meetings, and interviews
* Delivering tailored talent solutions that meet clients’ unique needs
* Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
* Mastering the skills of headhunting and closing deals
* Working closely with your team to hit targets and celebrate success
What We Offer:
* Starting salary between £25,400 and £29,000, with fast-track progression for high achievers
* Uncapped commission: earn up to 60% of fees, with realistic first-year earnings of £50k+ and top performers reaching six figures (we’ve got the proof!)
* 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, plus an extra 3 days after 2 years—plus your birthday off every year!
* Extra time off when team targets are hit: up to 13 additional days per year, with a Friday off every 4 weeks
