About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Huddersfield team and play a key role in supporting customers and clients through their vehicle repair journey. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and pride yourself on delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing vehicle claims end-to-end, from repair instruction through to completion.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, clients, third parties, and repairers.
* Recording and updating claim details using Avant Group’s bespoke software.
* Taking ownership of your caseload, ensuring claims progress in line with KPIs and targets.
* Keeping all stakeholders fully informed with accurate and detailed updates.
* Meeting and exceeding agreed service levels.
What we’re looking for
* A positive, resilient attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
* Problem-solving skills with confidence to make decisions.
* Comfortable handling a high volume of calls each day.
* Experience in a fast-paced contact centre environment (desirable).
* Knowledge of the insurance or claims industry (desirable).
