This role is at Specsavers Newport Pagnall. We are looking for a real team player who is able to keep things running smoothly on the shop floor, whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

To be successful in this role, you need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and a strong understanding of both optics and audiology customer journeys. You should have excellent listening and communication skills, a passion for providing top-notch customer service, and be a great team player.
