MAK Jobs is recruiting a dedicated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with long-term aspirations who are eager to grow and progress within the recruitment industry.
Location: Rugby
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexibility is essential)
The Role
* Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records.
* Answer incoming calls and emails professionally.
* Greet office visitors and direct phone calls, as necessary.
* Update internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations.
* Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
* Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
* Perform document checks to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
* Reference candidates as part of the recruitment process.
* Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
* Undertake general office and administrative duties as required.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain peoples confidence and put them at ease.
* Ability to cope under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
* Capacity to work to deadlines and meet targets.
