Warehouse Operative - Picker/Packer (Full-Time)

Location: Leighton- LU7 area
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Full-Time (Ongoing Opportunity)
Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Hours: 9.5 hours guaranteed per day
Complex Recruitment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives (Picker/Packers) for a well-established logistics and medical supply distribution centre. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term, stable employment in a physically active and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately picking and packing products for dispatch
* Operating handheld scanners and label printers (experience required)
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods
* General warehouse upkeep and cleanliness
* Supporting the team in all daily warehouse operations
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
* Own transportation (required)
* Previous warehouse experience (mandatory)
* Proven experience with handheld scanners and label printers
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
* Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
